As part of the Banff Volunteer Centre’s mission to enhance volunteerism, promote our member organizations and to recognize the achievements of volunteers and organizations in our community, we produce VTalks. Check them out here.
VTalks are short videos designed for our online community – we post them to share them with you, we encourage you share them too, like we do, using Facebook and Twitter.
VTalks are a fantastic way to share information on volunteering and voluntary organizations.
VTalks & GIVE:
Volunteers nominated for GIVE are eligible to be interviewed for a VTalk – Winners of the monthly GIVE prize will be contacted for an interview.
VOLUNTEERS:
- Promote volunteerism in your community
- Share your volunteer story, advise and experiences
- Help recruit more volunteers
If you have a Facebook Account/Page – LIKE us so you can tag the VTalk and share the link with your friends and family.
ORGANIZATIONS:
- Increase online exposure and promote organization
- Communicate with volunteers and the community
- Share details of your volunteer opportunities and practices
